I´m wondering if you would be better off taking Metformin ER . It is the extended release form of standard Metformin that you take only once a day. Your doctor can give you one 1500mg pill that you can take once instead of 3 times a day, its easier and most people don´t experience the side effects.....

Hi. You said in Your video ´thank you for listening´ but I want to say Thank YOU for sharing, I really do not know anybody personally who has PCOS, I sometimes feel like I have some strange illness that no one understands or knows about(except my doc), I have been rummaging through this site today and found your video, I am just beginning to understand how much PCOS has been weighting on my mind and psyche, and seeing Your video makes me realize that I am not the only one in the world fighting through it.
One more thing - vitamin B taken before sleep helps, to make the sleep better, my mom is a psychologist and she gave me some info about it. I take vitB before sleep everyday. It does help, really.

Hi,
I can sympathize with you so much!. Believe when i say this, i can relate to you in every way you mentioned. I had a reaction to Metformin where i would be tired, sick, vomiting, dizzyness until my OBYGN has asked me to take Metformin - slow release, meaning you take the one pill of (in my case 850grams in the morning - originally i was on 500 grams 3 times a day), so he lowered the dosage and gave me slow release and it works better., Perhaps you should suggest this to you OBGYN. All i can say is keep the faith and stay strong.
