my mom has pcos.. she had 7 losses 1 still birth and 1 child that passed in 30 minutes but she has 2 kids

my grandmother had it.... she had 5 losses and 1 child.

i have it.. never been on any treatments and or meds
have had 8 losses but have 1 child...... i am ttc again... but i know the probability of that happening is very little...

Hey brookmq , i know how you feel my mum had pcos had an eptopic pregnancy, 1 stillbirth and me (i was born at 28 weeks), ive got pcos ttc im on metformin at the moment so hopefully i'll get some.
Theres alway hope for you to have another child have you asked your dr about metformin to see if that will help you?

hello brooke dang sorry about yours, your moms, and grandmothers many losses..pcos sucks...did yall take n e meds or did yall concieve naturally?

nope all natural it took me 6 years though.. i am thinking once i ger medical insurence again to ttc
and yes it is proven to be heridatary on the moms side

I was just dx with pcos, I think my mom and grandma had it too really mildly but were never diagnosed. they both took a long time to conceive their first children and my mom needed clomid to have me. but they didn't have any problem conceiving subsequent children, and I am having more problems ttc #2 than I had with #1.
