I haven't been here in ages, but wanted to stop in to share something. I no longer make PCOS a dreadful part of my life, I just deal with whatever comes along. My meds & low carb are keeping it under control which I am so thankful for.
Also..... my daughter (which also has PCOS), just gave birth to my very first grandson. Camden David came into the world April 17, weighing 7 lbs & 11 oz. I never knew being a Grammie would be like this. I love my children, but this is so different, he is so precious I could just squeeze him!
My daughter had to have a c section. The little bugger was frank breech, and she had lost a lot of amneotic fluid so there was no choice. Not only does she have PCOS (took 7 months to conceive, which to some it isn't long I know), but she also found out during his birth that she only has 1 ovary - go figure!

I'm gonna stop looking back and starting moving on
And learn how to face my fears
Love with all of my heart, make my mark
I wanna leave something here
Go out on a ledge, without any net
That's what I'm gonna be about
Yeah, I wanna be running
When the sand runs out
