I know I haven't told anyone so I'll start from the beginning.... I started a new job at an adoption agency Aug 23. Two days after I started we got a call that a family wanted to place their Guatemalan daughter up for adoption. Things just weren't working out with them. I said I wanted her but had to talk to my husband about it. Well fastforward to the 28th. PPL called said they were for sure they wanted to place her, but Shane was still unsure of what to do. We talked it over with Rosie and we decided we wanted her. We got her on Friday Sept 2nd. She is 7 yrs old almost 9 months younger than Rosie. They are both in the 1st grade due to language difficulty, being as they didn't come into the US but 18 months ago. She is wonderful thus far. And we are hoping she continues to grow with us.
