 Update...............
I feel so good I lost 5 pds in 3 weeks!!!!! And to be honest it was not as hard as I expected some modifications to my diet, (moderation really is the key!) switched fried rice to steamed rice, no cheese on sandwhiches, and LOTS and LOTS of water. 20 more to go before I can see the surgeon.
