 My periods did the same thing on Met...
They are shorter, often less heavy and I seem to 'spot' at the beginning and end instead of just gushing!
I had heavy, heavy periods for so many years, I am THRILLED to be dealing with less flow. As long as you are having bleeding, it is a period, so just relax and enjoy it! Your hormones are working on their own and it's so nice not to have to stay home and wear a diaper! ;o)
