Hi everyone! I was just diagnosed with PCOS a few days ago. You can see my intro post
here. Anyway, the hardest part of dieting for me is always the yucky diet food. So, to keep myself motivated and hopefully help out some other people on the way, I started a PCOS-friendly recipe blog.
I'm not a very experienced cook (I'm a newlywed 22 year old), so I'm hoping to come up with some recipes that are easy to prepare and healthy at the same time. I'm still learning, but I hope this can help someone. I know how much the recipes I've found online have helped me.
