Default My story

I always knew something wasn't right with my cycles, but I was too chicken to get it checked out. I became sexually active during college with my DH (then my boyfriend) and we got unexpectedly pregnant. Our son is almost 4. We are ready to really try to have another baby. Up until now, it's been, well whatever happens happens. I wasn't very symptomatic in college, except for the missing periods. Since then, I've gained weight and everything else. I am just re-starting metformin. Never really was consistent about it. I'm working out a lot more and getting out in the sunshine and fresh air too. My last two periods were normal. Hoping i'm pregnant now, but you know how that goes. My period is almost late. If it would be on time and not PCOS late anyway. Tests are negative. I'll wait a few days and try again. I'm feeling a little healthier in general than I have in recent years. So I'm optomistic.

My husband is in the military. So anyone with treatment experience with tricare, I'd love to hear about it.

es, I'm curious about TriCare too. I just married and my husband is military. I have a full-time job and have insurance through my work, so I'll be double covered, but am thinking about getting a new doc as they didn't seem concerned about me having PCOS when I got pg and the m/c.

Angry My story!

I've been married for 3 years and it's hard hearing that all my friends are pregnant. Some are even on Baby number 2!! My best friend is very supportive but she tells me about all the moments she has with her son and it's hard not to be jealous. I'm taking Metformin and Provera and I'm hoping I get some benefits out of it. I don't know how to track my BBT because my cycles are SOOO irregular. I just wish something would change. I'm feeling down in the dumps but also realize I have time I'm only 21. The weight gain and the hair on my face is really hard to deal with!! Sometimes I feel like a man! My husband is super supportive but I cant help realizing he wishes I was different, hes human right! Guess ill just have to keep plugging away!! I really would like to make a new friend on here that can help me. I'm pretty depressed!!
