MY Story about VITEX

Hi Ladies,

I need your help and advice on what I should do now.

I have always had irregular cycles (2-4 a year). Even before I was overweight I had these irregular cycles.

I have been taking VITEX since, June 1, 2002 (8 months). In mid August, I experiences a lite flow and then the end of September until the begin of October I got a full flow. Then about two weeks later I experience some spotting and then two weeks later from then I got a full flow.

Since I have never really had a consistant cycles I don’t know were to begin. Cause I’ll get a flow then 1-2 weeks later I am spotting. The only positive thing I have to say about VITEX is that it’s giving me some form of bleeding, cause before I just wouldn’t bleed at all.

Can you ladies tell me what I should add to my Herbal/Nutritional Healing.

I am currently taking Vitex, GTF Chromium, Evening Primrose, Zinc.

I do have some Progesterone crème and I was wondering should I add that and if so. When since, I am constantly have the breakthrough bleeding.

I would go on and start the NPC and do it for three weeks straight and off one, or you can do it for three months straight to shut down your ovaries and give them a rest, and the following month you should ovulate. If in that time you should start to flow depending on which method you choose, stop the NPC for 5-7 days and them start again. The vitex will help also. You sound just like me.

I have just finished 14 days of NPC and am waiting on AF any day now. But I plan on doing 3 weeks on 1 off starting next week. Even though my PMS symptoms were better with the NPC I still have some sore bb's.
