Question For My Strong Pagan Cysters

Ladies a friend of mine asked me to do a healing spell for her dog. The only tools I have are a candle, sandalwood incense and sage oil. Any ideas? I would really appreciate it. . Love and Light, ellyn

Arrow I hope this helps

I am posting a basic candle spell from my site.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a quick, uncomplicated ritual designed to be used for all positive purposes. You'll need one candle of the appropriate color, one holder, and matches.
When you're ready to begin, hold the candle between the palms of your hands.
Breathe deeply, Visualize your goal.
Push personal, programmed power into the candle between your hands.
Feel the energy streaming into it.
Say appropiate words if you wish simply stating what you need to occur.
Place the candle in its holder.
Strike a match above the candle and draw down the flame toward the candle.
Light the wick.
Put the still flaming match into a heat-proof container (or extinguish its flame with a quick flick of the wrist)
Hold your hands around the candles flame. Feel the energy. Visualize strongly.
Leave the area let the candle do it work.
After candle has finished burning take remains, and throw them into any body of LIVING water, such as a river, stream, or ocean if you are lucky enough to have access to the latter body of water. Do not look back just know that your work has been done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sandlewood and Sage are great to have around too since they both have healing properties. I would start off by burning the incense first to help with visulizing your goal and leave burning along with candle.

P.S. please practice fire safety when I leave a candle burning I usually set it in the sink or in the bathtubso that way if it should happen to tip over no harm is done

I hope this was what you were looking for. If you need something a bit more specific let me know

Brightest Blessings to You and Yours,
Kat

Ellyn,

What is wrong with the dog? Just asking so I can keep it in my thoughts and send healing energy its way. Sounds like you can just light a candle with your intention.. I agree with Kat you have the basics there, nothing fancy.

Let us know how the dog is doing.

Bright Blessings

Cindy

Default Thanks Ladies!

Thanks ladies I'm going to do my spell later. .. Cindy apparently it's 14 weeks old and has a hurt leg. . .and the vet said they would have to amputate it or Trish would have to spend a lot of money to have it healed. . so she asked for a little help my way, but Cindy you sending healing energy and thinking about the dog would be really appreciated! IT would really help things! his name is Sam and he's tan with a black nose and black tail. Thanks ladies this helps a lot! Love and Light. .. Ellyn

Brown candles! Brown is a sympathetic color for animals.

I hope the poor pup is OK.
