It is kinda high in carbs, like you said lotodaisies, so it might not work for everyone's plan.
However, I think that for my body natural and unprocessed foods work the best and that for my mind not counting every single gram of carbs works the best.

FAT: 18 grams (saturated - 1; Polyunsaturated - 2, Monounsaturated - 13)
CARBS: 28 grams (Fiber - 5)
PROTEIN: 5 grams
At any rate, I figure that if I need a sweet sorta creamy treat this will treat me better than Ice Cream . . .
