I've been told I am pre-diabetic so I need to get my stuff together so I don't get too advanced, I feel lucky to work for a doctor who explains most of this to me! I have also tested positive as Insulin Resistance back 6 yrs ago or so, I'd hate to see it now!

So actually it looks like there is a lot of normal stuff too, but the blood sugar looks worrisome!! Good luck !!
