i'm thankful to all the wonderful people in my life who are helping me get through all of this: my truly wonderful so, my fantastic long-suffering mother, my supportive sister and her family and my lovely friends.

and then there's you guys - who have shown me a lot of kindness and patience of the last week or so since i joined - it's helped me tremendously to get empowered and to understand more about my body; something my doctors have not been concerned about. i can now go armed with vital information and demand proper treatment. thank you for that.

and thank you kat for your amazing website. you're an inspiration.
