Your doc should be looking at your Free T4 and Free T3 levels before making any decisions about dosage changes. FT4 should be at least midway in the lab range, and FT3 should be in the upper quadrant of the lab range. The TSH is meaningless once you start on Armour anyway; it's a test of a pituitary gland hormone, not thyroid hormone, and it's not unusual to have TSH levels as low as yours when on Armour. If your doc is a TSH worshipper, than there's nothing you can do about it but find a doc who knows how to treat thyroid disorders.
P.S. Most adult women on Armour are on 3-5 grains.
