Question At my wits end..

Throughout my life I always noticed there were some things that were different. I always had a heavy period, was always slightly heavier than the other girls and had was more hairy especially in areas where there shouldn't be hair. Lovely, I know. I didn't think much of it, I guess because the way I was raised I was always told "nothing is wrong." I met my fiance when we were both 14. When I was about 16 I lost about 30 lbs on the suzanne somers diet, whch consists of high-protein, only whole wheat carbs, no sugar or starch. I think when I lost weight on this diet I must have balanced my hormones because a year later I conceived my first son, I know I was young but I always wanted to be a young mother. It was the only thing I ever thought of myself as doing. I had not dieted after I had given birth to him and the weight I had gained with the pregnancy stuck. 3 years after this I conceived my second son. Keep in mind I hadn't used birth control of any kind in between and had been actively trying to conceive for 2 of those years. Also, before I conceived my first son I had miscarried at 8 weeks, this was approx. 4 mnths before I conceived the first pregnancy that ended in the successful birth of my first son. (Sorry this is kind of all over the place..very stressed) My second pregnancy was uneventful besides being borderline for gestational diabetes and I gave birth to my second son, Justin on 02/16/08. After this pregnancy I weighed 200lbs and I have not been able to loose the weight since. I breastfeed him for 3 mnths. Since then I have not had 1 normal period. There always late sometimes light, sometimes heavy. My acne is the worst it's ever been, so is the "hair" problem. I crave sweets, am constantly fatigued and this past weekend I had it. My period came a week early, but it came with a vengeance I had never experience before. It was bright red like it came directly from a gun shot wound or something. Not to be funny. I was clotting like crazy and the pain was unbareable. After about 3 days, it still was not stopping. I had to leave work early because it had went through my clothes. It was a mess. I went to the ER that night. ( I try to stay out of the ER for this reason) but fearful I might be miscarrying, thats how bad it was I went. They didn't do much but say I probably need BCP follow up with my OB/GYN. Problem is I want the problem fixed, I was hoping to conceive a baby to be closer in age with my second child not go on BCP. I have terrible pain coming from my right ovary. This pain has only been during intercourse but not it is non stop. My mother is diabetic. I was borderline gestational diabetic. I just know its PCOS, I have an appointment 05/01/09 with my ob/gyn. Im just so scared. I don't want to go on BCP, but not being married, how would I be perceived if I asked to just be "fixed" instead of prevent pregnancy. If it came down to the choices clomid or BCP how would I be perceived if I asked for clomid not being married? I also have an appoinment for my PCP coming up sooner than the OB/GYN is there anything he can do for me? HELLPP
