South Beach Diet Pizza Will never enter my house again!!!
My hubby wanted a frozen pizza for dinner. I figured I would just eat the top, but that waste so much pizza. Then I saw that SB pizza were b1g1 free, so i figured ..yippee thats what I will eat. I was happy to see that it had 35g of protien and a little over 300 calories. Cooked it, sat down to eat it, and around bite 4-5 i thought i was going to die!!
I got this pain in the upper part of chest, I wanted to drink but i remember everyone saying not to. So, i put my arms up in the air in hopes that would open up the passage way more (dont knwo what i was thinking). The pain got worse, the tears are running down my cheek, and its like I am going to throw up but no upset stomach. So, I hack up this slime (sorry) and more slime, and finally slime with pizza. I did this between 5-10 minutes untill all the pizza was out.
My throat hurt so bad, i thought okay i will drink some water. BAD IDEA!! next thing you know i am throwing up water. I will never, ever eat anything that has thick breading EVER in my life. Because it was not worth it at all.
So, for the rest of the day I lived on protien shakes & will try food again tomorrow!

Not that it's fun, but you just had your first PB episode. It doesn't feel good. Please be careful.
My surgeon recommends liquids for 24 hours after a bad one, then mushies for another 24 hours.
I can eat breads, thick or thin, as long as I'm manic about chewing them to mush! I mean seriously more than 30 times a bit. A bit tedious, but when you crave it... it can be done. There is also a low calorie (not as high protein) frozen pizza I get that is thin crusted. I'll find a box later and let ya know my secret. Might be over the weekend, as I don't have any in the freezer.
