Question Mycoprotein/Quorn--GOOD or BAD???

Hi Girls!

Does anybody know anything about the Quorn line of Meat Free products & if they are ok for us PCOS sufferers??

I am desperate to change our poor eating habits for myself & my family.
Started shopping at am organicx/health food store, but understand that SOY is bad for us, just wondering if the Mycoprotein is ok or not. It actually tastes pretty good!

Any info would be great!!!

I havent actually eaten it myself but Ive heard it doesn't taste too bad.
Ive read a few things about it on the web and there seems to be alot of mixed views about if it's good for you or not.

Maybe one of the vegetarian cysters can help.
Bump!
