Hi all for some reason I've just lost 10lbs, not sure if it's my diet or what, I know it's not from Met because the weight was coming off before that like a week before I started taking it. I hope nothing is seriously wrong with me.

I had gotten so stressed out from my health problems I wasn't eating right at all maybe at that point my body decided ok I'll let you lose pounds now. I had been trying to lose for the past 8 months with no luck at all and now all of a sudden it's just falling off. Also I just went vegan but before that I was eating fish salads alot with spinach may that helped, or just a combo of stress, I just hope nothing is seriously wrong with me, the doc just did a series of test oh I keep getting sick also I catch every cold or whatever is going around and constant on and off mildly sore throat.

Maybe that was it since I stopped eating meat it just start coming off. This what happen I was feeling so bad I was just steaming broccoli and woudln't even eat but 3 to 4 bites no meat or anything else, that probably did it. I just hope my constant mild sore throat is jut like allergies or something and not cancer.. Urghghghghghghgg
