I used to take NAC and I can't remember the dose I was taking. Forgive me if there is a topic but I did a forum search and nothing came up.

Do you take it on an empty stomach?

in the book called the Infertility Cure on TCM...on the pages talking about pcos the study said they took 600 mg of NAC a day...

I don't know really when to take this supplement...but most things should be taken with meals or at least a glass of milk - if you do dairy that is.
