Default Nair wax

I tried Nair wax on my face today for the first time. Typically, I have professional waxing done or tweeze.

I did not like the Nair wax at all. It pulled only a few hairs (out of many) out and I had to repeat it, then it still did not work. It was really pointless. I then had to tweeze the remaining hair and there was alot of it. Ouch!

I have also used the Nair cream hair removal and it worked much better.

Just wanted to share my experience.

Was it strip wax? Or the pre waxed strips? It makes a diffrence. I use srtip wax (the type you heat, then "butter" your face with) And as long as I use some baby powder on the hairy area first - it works just fine. I use nair, and I have no problems with it at all. You just have to make it a wee bit thicker when you put it on.

Better luck next time!

Default Wax in a tub..

The wax is in a tub, you put the tub in the microwave, then put it on with the wand and place the strip on top and pull it off.

I didn't use the powder, but I did put it on pretty thick. I'm not sure what happened.

Try using baby powder next time - It works well

And You have to put the wax on in the direction of the hair growth, and pull it off in the opposite direction. You have to do it fast and keep it close to the skin, otherwise you can burse yourself!
