For some reason I can't change my name. When I go it ask Do you really want to purchase Change Username? Then gives the price, then Purchase. So I click Purchase and it says

Only Kat can change the names for us. She did mine and a few others when we had the same problem. I am sure when she gets back she will see the thread and change it or you can pm her if it is not already full

Kat says that she will change anyones name who wants to be changed but will only do it once a month. She says to just make a post as to the new name that you want.
Make sure you check to make sure that name you want is not being used.
