I finally earned enough points and when I try to change my username it's saying I don't have enough. What's going on?

It is showing under your profile that you have 5.90 points in your pocket, so I am assuming the rest of your points are in the bank. You have to click on bank and withdraw the points. The points have to be in your pocket.

OK, there's a problem here. I withdrew exactly the amount required to do a name change (337.05 I believe) and it's gone. HELP PLEASE!!!

OK, crisis averted LOL. Maybe it takes a while for the points in your pocket to update, because it's fine now and I was able to change my user name. Thanks for your help.

Yes you have to refresh the page a couple of times for the bank info to update. I am glad you got your new name!
