I've tried all BCPs and found that the one thing that regulates me is the NPC. My thyroid is good etc. Now, the dr wants me on the mini-pill and it tends to make me irritable etc.

If I use the NPC from day 5 to 28 instead of 11-28 will it act like birth control?

Has anyone had any negative side effects from the NPC....(using too much, etc.) ?

what kind of npc do you use? do you find that you ovulate? and finally, does your temp go up after you begin using it? I just started using it last friday I want to bring on AF--so I plan on using it for 14 days. Sorry I can't answer your question

I use progest progesterone cream. I buy it at a health food store. It is pretty good, but you only use it when u don't ovulate and I have only ovulated twice in my life.

I think I ovulated last month and I used it anyway and was in a terriible mood!!! It is supposed to restore ovulation but it can be problematic if you get too much. They said the thinner you are the less you use.

It's supposed to get your body back on track.
