Hi ladies

The NPC I bought said there was 2000 mg of progesterone per tube. I believe that this is the best.

I bought mine in the uk so I have no idea where would be the best place over sea's. I think some ladies buy the walmart brand's I guess it depend's on the pocket nowawday's

I think using the NPC for the 2 months I did has helped me. I found out that I O'd on cd 16 not bad for someone who was told the only way I would ever O would be to have drugs

It worked for me, but I had to stop because I kept spotting in between periods more than often.

I have been using NPC to bring on AF starting at CD15, CD29/30 AF comes. I am ttc now and have been taking ovulation test since CD12, now on CD19 and I have not ovulated. I thought NPC would increase the chances of ovulation. Does anyone know if I am using it wrong or if there is something else I can take to bring on ovulation?

I have a cream from wal-mart that I use. 1/4 tsp once a day before I go to bed. I really know it works because always about 15-16 days of taking it I get my period. Two years ago I used it and had four months of regular cycles and in the fifth month was able to get pregnant after three months of not being able to get pregnant. I also took it along with metformin for the first three months of pregnancy to sustain pregnancy. It worked and we now have a 14 month old daughter. We are trying to get pregnant again. The NPC does bring on AF but I am not ovulating. I really am a believer in NPC but now wondering what I can do to bring on ovulation. If you start taking the cream before you ovulate does it prevent ovulation? Is CD15 too soon to start taking it?

Last cycle was the first time I have used it in a while. I did not ovulate and it is CD21 so I have started taking it again. I took NPC two years ago for four cycles and got AF every time around CD31. The fifth month I became pregnant after three years of trying. I continued to take progesterone to sustain pregnancy for the first three months. We now have a 14 month old daughter and we are ttc again. If I take NPC too early in my cycle will it prevent ovulation? How do you know when to start taking it if you have not ovulated? I really am a believer in NPC because it always bring AF 15-16 days of using it. I use 1/4 tsp each night.

From what I've read, yes, if you start using the Progesterone Cream before you ovulate, it can indeed prevent you from ovulating. It's my understanding you should wait until after you have ovulated to start it. Do you chart temps or anything like that? That is highly recommended because it's one of the ways you can know exactly what is going on. Some people ovulate on an earlier or later day of their cycle than others. (And some people like me rarely ovulate.) There are a few other natural remedies some of the other ladies here take to encourage ovulation - check them out! I am not ttc so I don't worry about whether I've ovulated - I just wait until I am 14 days into my cycle, use the NPC until day 26 then discontinue. Then the drop in progesterone triggers AF.

Hi there

Sandki I was getting mine from a woman in the Uk who used to import it form the states. Unfortunatly due to one of her customer's mentioned it to someone and they have got the authorities involved so she can no longer sell it in the UK

I have listed a website below where you can order it form the united states as it is not illigal to buy from abroad.

http://www.progesteronetherapy.com/p...one-cream.html

Hope this help's. I bought mine from a lady on ebay last year(she no longer sells it) it was £12.00

I would say yes to that. Before I started using the NPC I hardly ever had AF and I know I was not Ovulating either.

But after using it for 2 month's AF came. I really think it has helped with Ovulation too.

I started my 1st NPC cycle on somehting like CD67 after a negative pg test (did one just to be 100 % sure)

I am having a problem with NPC. I have been using it for three months now. The first two months I had perfect 28 day cycles with ovulation. I am now on my third month and things are getting crazy, I used the NPC from cd 15 to 16dpo. I did ovulate, about 11days after ovulation I had some light spotting. took HPT negative. I quite the NPC to bring on my period well now I am on cd 43, 24 DPO still no AF and still a Negative HPT, but I am having several PG symptoms, ( Nausea, Sore Breast, head ache) Any ways I was hoping someone could advise me on what to do next?
