I was telling DH last night I soemtimes like to feel pain - I can better understand what is going on in my body. I might be weirded out not feeling it....

I admire other women who do it but if I had been in any worse pain than I was with DD (who got stuck in the birth canal on her way out) I probably would have passed out and not been able to push at all.

My Mood: Points: 4,332.37 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 4,332.37 | Hi,
Everyone is different I suppose, I was terrified of giving birth but decided I'd try my best and see how I went.
Well it was decided for me 3 weeks early on a routine visit an emergency c section required as my son was I.U.G.R. basically means he had stopped growing as he was not getting enough nutrients/blood flow etc.
I was awake for c section, just waiting to hear my baby was ok made me realise I wouldn't care how he got here as long as he got here safe.
I would opt for a c section now I think as I know what it's like and there is a good chance I hear if you have 1 c section then it's likely I would have to have another. |
