If someone already posted this and I missed it I am so sorry, I just got done going through all the posts here and didn't see where anyone asked for general advice on TTC and natural help? I currently take Metformin, we have only been trying for 5 months and have had one miscarriage, we have 5 months before the dr wants to do fertility testing and I want to do anything and everything I can on my own for us to TTC before having to do fertility testing. Any and all help/suggestions/input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Im in the same boat wanting to try everything before going to fertility treatments...
Are your cycles regular?
