Just curious... I'm going for a final beta next week as it will be 4+ weeks since my m/c. I have been temping and have noticed that my temps are now "back to normal" as far as my pre-ovulation temps go.
Could that be an indicator that my HCG has also dropped to below 5? Or is that not a good indicator?
Would any leftover "products of conception" affect my BBT?

I had wondered about the same thing too, as my temps are starting to get more normal also. When I was waiting for my m/c, I asked the doctor if my temps would fall first before I did m/c, and she said one had nothing to do with another. I'm not sure where betas figure in to that though. Hopefully somebody can answer your question because I'm curious to know the answer to this too.

It's a good indicator that your progesterone has fallen to pre-pregnancy levels...not sure about the HCG, though. Progesterone is a heat-producing hormone, which is why your BBT rises after you ovulate and your body starts producing progesterone, and often why PG women have tri-phasic charts (once their body "recognizes" the pregnancy it starts producing more progesterone.)
