Default Natural Ovarian Cyst Relief Secrets by Laura Hennings

Apparently this book offers a cure for PCOS, but I have only heard that PCOS is uncurable. Has anyone read this book and tried it out?

for me, its not cureable. if it was, then no one would be dealing with it like cysters are.

i totally believe and i have doctors who agree with it and have said. i have it so severe due to i inherent it from both sides of my parents.

i believe you can get it under control but cure? nope.

Any details on the kind of advise or information it contains? Also (and I hope this does not offend) I notice that several of the people who have the book and have basically positive things to say on it, don't seem to have many posts on soulcysters - It would be helpful to get more info on the book and also get a report from more "frequent or longtime" posters!

It would be nice if there were a cure - but I'm not sure there is one . . . . and I'm not convinced (at least yet) that if there is one, this book contains it. But again it would be nice . . . .

Pretty sure the other posters are a scam...

There is no 'cure' for PCOS. I was sucked into buying a similar book and it's just ridiculous - it pretty much tells you to live off organic leaves and seeds, to avoid any contact with anything vaguely chemical etc etc.. It was really extreme and not at all a long-term strategy. I'd be very sceptical about this.

I have always heard too that you can't "cure" PCOS - ovarian cysts maybe but PCOS is a syndrome with many facets so therefore I think it would be hard to "cure". Reading the post about what the book offers, I have to say you can get a lot of that info by reasearching things yourself such as these things:

I have been in the process of detoxing and have seen a huge difference plus I changed my diet to exclude processed foods and less meat (and I only use antibiotic-free, hormone free meat and milk) and organic fresh fruits and veggies. And of course stress affects PCOS - it affects everything in the body. I am not saying this book wouldn't be helpful. I just think it is stuff you can find info on without paying for it. Also what happens after the 11 weeks on the plan? If you go back to the way you ate before you are going to end up back where you started. I think life changes are a better way to go. There is no easy fix, IMHO.
