The doctor is taking me off of birth control pills after a month because she wanted to see if the leg cramps i was getting was from the medicine or if it's because i just have restless legs...I decided to take natural progesterone instead..My question is where do you guy's get your natural progesterone from if any of you guys use it? There are so many options out there and I want to get something is going to work instead of just wasting my money on anything?

Do not buy it at Wal-mart, chances are it will not work well. Yams aren't enough. Your doctor should be able to give you a prescription for some that is bio-identical. If not, switch doctors. I highly recommend a naturopath. I'm lucky enough that my naturopath's specialty is endocrinology! :-)

I have always used Emerita Pro-Gest Body Cream (the original Natural Progestrone Cream). I usually get it local at Fred Meyer's. It has always given me a period if I've missed one! Also, everytime I've purchased it I got a two for one deal... keep a look out for that! Very helpful cost wise.
