Does anyone here use natural progesterone cream? Does it work, and if so, how long does it take to have a period??

(**Recommend some good brands please, if possible!!**)

I started using NPC because after a year off the pill, I still hadn't gotten AF. I started using it and 10 days later AF showed up. I continued using it from about cd 16 (charting showed I o'ed late) till AF started again. It worked great for me to at least get a bit more regular, most cycles were about 30 days.

I used a brand called Serenity, which I got in a health food store. It was really good but the store wasn't convenient to get to so I switched to a brand I got at a drug store. I had luck with that as well. As long as you follow the reccommended amounts, I think it should work.
