Anyone use natural progesterone cream. Does it really work??
what are your experiences good or bad??
are there fake/imitation creams to stay away from?
what are the best creams?
where do you get it and do you need a prescription?
How much is the right dosage?

I would say a big fat yes to NPC being good and working

I used it this cycle for 13 days (I forgot one) and today Af arrived. That makes this cycle 33 days and thats excellent for me.

I have very long and infrequant AF'S and they are anything form 76 to well over 300 days long

I bought mine form someon on ebay and I made sure that mine was 2000mg of progersterone per tube.

I rubbed mine into my inner arms at 4pm every day

Yes, progesterone cream works well. I used to buy Endau online, but now pick mine up from the health food store. I think it's supposed to have natural yam in it for it to work right. I could be wrong about that so you might want to Google it.

NPC helps the libido, regulates periods, helps with insomnia and weight loss.

I have seem one in the healthfood store here in england and was thinking of using this when mine runs out. Do you think it would be a good idea or should I keep buying it from the lady on ebay?
Its about £15.00 a tube from eBay but the wild yam one in the healthfood store is only around £10.00
Would it do the same job?

Does your eBay cream not have wild yam? I thought most good over-the-counter creams contained wild yam. I could be wrong, though. You might want to give the health food store's cream a try since it's cheaper.

I love NPC!
I use it on and off and it does help bring AF On. When I first started using It I checked the NPC thread and there is alot of good info. but I must say for me the 1 of the creams that I tried that was highly recommended did not work for me and I was wondering why. Then I switch to one that may not be so wonderful and it worked! So my only advise is, If you try it and it doesnt work for you maybe try switching brands. Good Luck!

This is my second cycle on NPC and I use Emerita Pro-Gest. I have noticed a change in my skin... The acne is much better and I've gotten a few compliments on it. Could also be the Metformin starting to kick in.

AF arrived on CD 35 last cycle and I look forward to seeing what happens this month. I also immediately noticed that I'm getting a better night's sleep, I've been in a better mood and have more energy during the day. So... I LOVE NPC!
