Question Natural Progesterone Cream?

Heya everyone,
I was just wondering, as I've decided not to use Wild Yam Cream anymore, where I can buy some NPC in the UK?
I'd rather go and buy it in the shops, however Holland & Barretts and Boots do not sell this in any of their stores!
Anyone know anywhere I can get this stuff in the shops? and at what price?

I'd be very grateful.

xxxx

Hi there Kerri

I am not sure that you can go into a shop on the UK and buy NPC. Something to do with the law over here ( I am from Birmingham UK ).

You could try Ebay as there may be someone selling some unused on there.

I will fish out the link to that sell's the brand I use.

I was meant to read this... I was contemplating this idea since yesterday.. GNC has a natural brand with Wild Yam in it, so I thought about using the Wild Yam, in pill or cream... now I think I will pass, thanks for sharing. I would look online for your NPC.... you will have better luck.

Heya,
I've been hearing that Wild Yam may have a more oestrogen effect. The opposite of progesterone. Also been hearing that it's as useful as normal moisturiser.
Here's the link for the NPC I found.
I'm going to order some on Friday.

I have heard that EPO has a percentage of phyto estrogens in it.... but I have noticed with the NPC, it either includes wild yam or EPO. Keep us posted how it works.

Hi there I ordered a progesterone cream online from progesterone.co.uk called Serenity. I live in France and it arrived from the UK distributors within a few days. From what I've read Serenity has really good feedback. Though after 14 days use and now stopped for 7 days am still waiting for AF.

It says on the booklet that came with it: The Certified-Potency Natual Progesterone content (2.34%). A 60ml Jar conctians not less than 1,260mg of NPC and last three months. 1/8 tsp = 14/15mg.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Wow that is fantastic.
I really hope this stuff works for me, I haven't had AF since August last year, thats 10 months!

Could I ask where you got yours from? Just so I know where to go if this stuff doesn't work for me, cos the NPC you took seems to have worked wonders for you!

Was your AF regular before? Not regular obviously but less than 6 months apart? I wanted to know if NPC brings on AF which hasn't been seen in a great amount of time?
