Are you trying to use it for any certain reason? Getting pregnant, balancing hormones after menopause, hysterectomy, or just balancing hormones outa wack?
Ive been using mine for balancing hormones outa wack (between PCO, then a hysterectomy
2 yrs ago). You rub the lotion like cream on 2 times a day (about 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon). Depending on if your trying to get pregnact or balacing cycle to how many days a month. Theres a great book called "What your doctor may not tell you about menopause" by John R. Lee that goes in to great detail about it from the perks, to how to use it, etc.
The book really isnt all about menopause it goes in to detail about all hormone inbalance, P.C.O, etc. I had got the other one about premenopause {30-40 yr olds}, and actually liked the menopause one better lol

trying to get pregnant. on metformin and clomid and nothing is working and i'm at my wits end and willing to try anything
I am about to go to walmart to pick up a HPT and the Rexall progesterone. I am currently 21 days late, and i figured i would test before trying to induce AF with the cream. Does any one have anything to say about the Rexall. I have been reading about it, and some people are saying it is USP approved and others are saying it is only made of wild yams and not approved. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks .

Can you start progesterone cream anytime or do you need to know what your levels are first?
My mom had some of this cream, but she's going through menopause. Not sure if it's right for PCOS.

Hey all, just want to make sure you all are discussing the cream use with your doctor. Remember it is a drug, just like the prescriptions, so be careful. Your doctor should know your progesterone levels, and may recommend the cream's use. Especially during pregnancy. I wouldn't want you using something that could be detrimental. Good luck to all of you!
Ok so... I've been on clomid 100 mg and well we're still not getting pregnant for the last 2 months I've been of of it... due to financial situation, I've been taking soy and my period have been coming on there own until this month... I'm sitll waiting for my period I just took a pregger's test and negative I'm goign to wait another week before I take another one... and I know I need to go back and see my doctor but I would really like to get of the clomid and try something else something a bit more natural like the progesterone cream... we're currently sattioned in Korea which makes it harder to be able to talk to my Dr. about what to do and I just need any help I can get.
