I was wondering if any of my Canadian Cysters use natural progesterone cream, and if so, where do you get it from? I used progesterone suppositories when I was pg, but they were prescription and only two alternative pharmacies in the city carried them. I just tried to order them online, but the place I tried doesn't deliver to Canada.
Any ideas? TIA!

I just attended a Natural Health seminar at Loblaws and the lady said that they cannot legally sell it in Ontario (not sure about the whole of Canada) but that some health food stores have it under the counter (you really have to watch for expiry dates etc) and you get what you pay for...
She advised the best route would be to either get it from the States or beg for a prescription

i am in ontario and had no luck finding it... only by prescription.... i am lucky enough to be on the US border so i found some over there at walmart for $12... i haven't use ot yet though...

Did you get it in Buffalo?? DH and I were there last weekend and I looked for it in Walmart to no avail. I asked the pharmacist at Target, and she said they didn't carry it OTC. This is so frustrating! I thought it might vary from State to State?

Just wanted to chime in that I'm in Kitchener and had my naturopath prescribe me a cream that was mixed at a local wellness pharmacy at the potency he wanted me to use. No problems whatsoever!
