Does anyone out there have any information on this progesterone cream --- I am considering using it along with the other Herbs I am taking --
I would also appreciate any advice on the combination of herbs that I am taking!!!!

I do not have any info for you, but I also am looking for info on the herbs/cream I am using. I was wondering if there is more to add to help a little more and how much should be taken and also how much is too much?

I am taking:
Milk Thistle
Black Cohosh
Soy Isoflavins
Vitex
Folic Acid
B-12
Met
Chromium
Prenatals
Phyto estrogen
and pre-menses

I am not sure if there are others I should take that would be better. Any info would help Niki

Ney Nikki, I think with the herbs it all depends on what types of hormone levels you test and had... have you had your insulin lever tested and what is your progesterone levels? I don't know too much about it, but I do know that you need to determine what your levels are to determine what herbs/meds you may need ---
