I asked for some NPC at the chemist today and they all seemed very confused and even asked the perscriptions dude and he had never heard of it too. Is it not available in australia or something? the closest thing i could find was some $50 cream from jurlique that was wild yam cream. Does anyone know where i can get some NPC? i would really like to try it.

yeah ive looked at sites but as far as i can tell most of em only ship to the states, also my only way of paying for things off the net is via money order which i cant do if its an overseas company.
oh ok you need a perscription for it. right now i have a perscription for progestterone tablets from my doc which i can get from the chemist, but when i asked em about the cream they didnt even seem to know it existed. its a small town i spose maybe they just dont come across people asking for it or needingt it much.

Im in Perth and only 2 chemists here mix up the stuff I need. You see they are tailor made to your particular needs. I have nat. prog and another hormone called pregn(something). From my understanding taking progest. tablets just doesnt make the cut as they have to be filtered through the liver which then makes the prog ineffective. By using the cream you bypass the liver and the hormones can do there job. Its annoying to read about all these great treatments such as NP and NAC only to find they're unavaiable to the average jo blo . You will probably have to find a Dr who is familiar with the creams. A good place to start is to ring the 'Womens Health Advisory Service" on (02)46558699. They have a list of doctors all over Australia who are knowledgable in treating women with natural hormones. They recommended my DR, god knows how bad my PCOS would be now with out that simple phone call . Im now taking NP , met, and as of today aldactone, and I feel Im getting on top of things. I got my NPC via a prescription from my doc and a chemist that makes it on site also.
If you are able to get someone else to put it on their credit card or something, there is a company I found that delivers it to Australia via the internet. http://biovea.net/dispatchinfo.asp
Good luck in getting hold of some. It really is sad that it's not very freely available in Australia I think.

thanks a lot guys you have been very helpful! its good to know that there are ways of getting it here even tho it is a lot harder than in the states! i am trying with my wild yam cream atm so i will see how that goes. if it doesnt help then i will go to my doc and ask for a perscription.
