Question Natural Remedies for Acne?

Hello fellow Cysters. I'm new to the message boards but have been reading for a while. Glad to be here

I am wondering what natural remedies have worked for other members to help acne. I have horrible acne (facial, body, and the Hidrenitis Suppurativa on my inner thighs). I have recently seen a dermatologist who put me on Ziana for during the day, a benzo-clindamyacin cream for the night, and a sulphur wash for the evenings as well. She also put me on Solodyn, an oral antibiotic. I was put on a couple different BC pills over the past year but I bleed heavily through them for months until I discontinue them.

The derm wants to examine Accutane but I absolutely refuse. And I am hesistant to go back onto a BC because I can't deal with the bleeding. I stopped the antiboitics because I got an ulcer and I just don't like the idea of an antibiotic to begin with.

I am exploring natural remedies, as my biggest concern is the acne (not looking for fertility treatment at all). I've been reading about options and seems like Vitex and Saw Palmetto seem to work with some cysters. Has this combo worked for anyone else? Has anyone used anything else? I'm up for any suggestions!

Thanks for your help!
