From what I have read here and elsewhere, when it comes to natural remedies, the results seem very personalized. Some of you girls have had success for hirsutism with saw palmetto or licorice, wild yam and so on. Some haven’t. So to get more of an idea what might help me personally (and for other to do likewise), I’ve started this thread in order where each of us can make a short profile of the following:
Age
Height
Weight
Blood type
Severity and location of hirsutism
Other PCOS symptoms
Supplement/herb taken
Amount taken
Any other supplement or medications being taken
How long it taken
And, results. Whether negative or positive.
Anything else you can add would be very much appreciated. I apologize if this is a little sketchy, I’m recovering from the flu and still feel nasty
