Hi all,
I'm looking for a natural way to soften my cervix. My last ultrasound showed that I have a dozen or so tiny cysts on the inside my cervix. My doctor explained that they weren't anything to worry about and are sort of like zits you get on your face (oh great just another place to get pimples !). She suspects that these might have been leftover 'spots' from my previous miscarriages. My doctor explained this was the sole reason for me not being able to get pregnant this time around. She gave me no alternative for treatment other than doing an IUI to get pregnant. An IUI is not possible for us financially, plus I want to go the natural route now.
So my question, (1) anyone else have this problem? and (2) is there anything naturally I can do to soften my cervix (aka. prepare my cervix to allow sperm to penetrate it)?
Any specific dosage of Evening Primrose, Thyme or Black Cohosh. I'm only really familar with Evening Primrose. I've actually never heard of using Thyme. Any further suggestions on usage?
Thyme is an antispasmodic helps with cramps and softens muscle...adding dried thyme to food like meats, veggies or rice as a seasoning can help. Doesn't need to be lots, enough to be flavorful.
Black Cohosh is available, also at a health food stores or GNC as well as Evening Primrose. Typically the bottles at the health food stores have dosages ....Natures Way Source Naturals are two brands that have doses on the bottle.
