Default Natural treatments?

I have thyroid antibodies, but at last look my TSH levels were 'normal' so I wasn't worked up any further. I have hypothyroid signs, so I was wondering is there any natural treatments that I could take that might help my thyroid??

Selenium supposedly helps with T4 to T3 conversion, and has been shown to reduce antibody levels. I had antibodies present last year (58, lab range was ">60"); I've been taking selenium daily for months, then I was retested last month. This time there were no antibodies present. My other thyroid tests have been in normal range. I don't know if it was a fluke or if the selenium helped; I continue to take it (200 mcg a day).

Try using natural progesterone cream and avoid birth control pills if possible. My tsh dropped from 4.83 to 0.8 and all other thryoid tests are normal after two months of stopping the pill and starting the cream. No more synthroid!!
