What would i take to get my period?? Usually the doc gives me provera to start my cycle. Is there a natural version of this pill for over the counter??

Have you tried the Natural Progesterone Creem (NPC)? I am trying now. I haven't had my period yet, but I am hoping it's right around the corner! There is a whole thread on it in this section.

Try vitex. It is used to stabilize your system. Provera doesn't work on me. Vitex had me having a period within 1 week of taking it. I could feel it was coming I just never started then like I said, within 1 week it was there. It is really good stuff. Not the expensive either.
