I'm not sure if there is anything I can do, but is there anything that I can take that will help to reduce the amount of blood during a period?
I've always, yes, even in 6th grade, been a heavy bleeder. But last night and today have been horrible, and I'm soaking through pads quickly, and I can't keep bleeding like this.
Thanks

I'm sure you are going to think I'm crazy.. But I was having a horrible AF once like a super plus tampon and maxi pad every 20 minutes (well they are all heavy but this was just crazy maddness) ok well my OBGYN told me to take a regular old sudafed (following the directions on the sudafed box). IT worked like a charm! I have no clue why it worked but it did! I'm not sure that this is a "natural" way but it worked for me. When I'm normally on AF I take Advil every so many hours to help. Hope you feel better soon!
You know, I noticed that side effect from Sudafed as well! I had AF and a miserable cold once, and the Sudafed seemed to slow the flow. Give it a try. May not be "natural" but it may be effective!
Shepherd's purse tincture has been known to stop hemmoraging. Good luck!
