Anyone know a good naturalist/herbalist in southeast Louisiana?

I do not know of any... but I'm relatively new to the area. Are you looking for someone on the Northshore, or are you willing to drive a little ways? I can ask around -- I think an acquaintance of mine sees a naturalist up toward Gonzales or Baton Rouge.

Baton Rouge to Mandeville to Metairie would be fine.

Aren't they called naturalists, too? Am I just loosing my mind?
