Naturopathic Medicine: Anyone tried it?

I've tried so many things excluding prescriptions. I just want to go the natural route. I've haven't had much improvement with chiropractic. and my diet and exercise aren't helping (thin already). I just keep trying different supplements. I think I need some professional help. I don't want to go to the typical doctor that is going to say it's PCOS and here take these medications that might help and will cause other problems.

I know what you mean... I feel the same way..

I amgoing to see a natueropath on Wednesday. I am so excited to hear what she has to say. My mom has gone to see her for other stuff and I have gone to a couple of her classes. I decide I am going to give her a shot. Heck what do I have to lose. I haven't been on the bc pills in months and I rather do it all natural!

Well the appointment went real well, It was $40 for the visit and I went home with four different products. The first one is the Dieters cleanse (I am excited about this one) it is supposed to feed the glandular system etc...
the next thing she did was put me on a lymphatic drainage drops to help me because I am sooo Achey all the time.
The third one is a chinese mineral-chi tonic that nourishes the adrenal glands and promotes cellular metabolism which is supposed to give me some energy!! I can't wait to see how I feel and look in a month.

Of course I need to change up my eating habits and I need to start exercising about an hour a day!
