Default Nausea and AF

Does anyone get nausea as an AF symptom? I was TTC this month since I have been having regular 28 -30 cycles since January...using metxr 2000 and losing 22lbs...And I thought I had got pregnant..but my dh said days ago that he felt af was coming cuz he could smell it...The next day I started spotting..then nothing the next day...and this am I am constipated, having more of a red "period" with small tissue in it (TMI) and I am nauseous.....so I am going to start charting this cycle...and temping tomorrow..Leaving todays temp blank but counting it as day 1 on my cycle cuz i see red---PS before this cycle I usually have about 3-4 days of spotting then bleeding this cycle it was 1 day of spotting and now red..I don't think I am pregnant now cuz of the red..but last week I was so extremely tired that I thought I was lucky! But hopefully this month charting will help me pinpoint ovulation exactly.

Nausea is a symptom of AF for some women.

When I was first using natural progesterone and cleansing I used to get very 'ill' during the first three days of my cycle. At the time I figured it was part of the cleansing reactions. But Jashobeam is right, nausea is a common symptom of AF, for more than just PCOS sufferers.

Have you tried ginger? I used to brew ginger and peppermint tea when I was going through it.
