Default Nausea when I should be hungry?

I have been on Met for almost 6 months now. Whenever it is time to eat such as lunch, I don't ever get hungry - instead I get raging nausea instantly. I typically don't eat unless my body tells me it is hungry so I just wait until lunchtime to eat but it is typically too late. I am going to mention this to my endo next month, but I am wondering if I should be checking my blood sugar levels (I am not diabetic, my glucose levels run about 110 when not on Met) to see if I am seeing too much of a spike and a drastic fall during the day causing the nausea. The only thing that will subside is my nausea - it is hard to eat though when you feel nausea.

Anyone else?

Same thing happens to me. I wonder why that happens.

I usually have to eat 5 small meals a day, and when I skip one of them, or just try to get by on 3 meals, I get really nauseous and don't feel like eating. It's almost like it's my body telling me that I need to remember to eat 5 small meals, but it tells me just a little too late, because by the time I feel it, I don't want to eat. The only thing I can recommend is to keep a fiber bar or something in your purse so if you're not able to get a small meal in, you can snack on the bar so you don't get nauseous at the next meal time. Another thing I've noticed is that when I know I need to eat, but I'm not hungry, if I have just a half of a grapefruit, it doesn't fill me up, but it gives me just enough to keep me from getting nauseous. I have also heard something about grapefruits being good for blood sugar and insulin?
