Angry Neck twitching

*Grr*

I'm getting SO annoyed at this! For about a week now, the neck muscle on my right side has been twitching periodically...I can put my hand over the area and it feels like I'm moving my tongue around or something when I'm not. It doesn't hurt or anything....just getting annoying!

Anyone else dealt with this? If so...any ideas about how to get it to knock it off???

Thanks!
Theresa

I get twitching from time to time. I heard it's a potassium (sp) deficiency. Try eating a banana, and see if it goes away.

No more TTC. After 6 years and 4 miscarriages, I am done. Now trying to come to terms with it.

I get twitching in my left eyelid. It is usually associated with fatigue or stress. Try a banana, but also evaluate when it happens.

Thank you!!

Mercifully, the twitching is gone....replaced temporarily by the hiccups!

Roonie--thanks for the idea about a banana! my legs have been feeling crampy too...and my dear yellow friend always seems to help!

scbegonias--stress!! of course....i think you're right! finals week (in grad school) is in two weeks and i've been running like crazy trying to get all my work (papers, projects, presentations) done on time!

thank goodness for Sundays! i'm off all day tomorrow.... **bliss**

:-) have a good one!
