I usually use mine to get money off my shopping bill when I am short of money... in 2004 I bought a DVD player in Sainsburys for £20 I think and got £10 off the total shopping bill so I tell myself I got the DVD player for a tenner lol

I got a lot of points from them when I bought my cooker online last year from Sainsburys...

I love Boots points system as well!
