Default Need Adice from those Taking Vitamin B Supplments

After reading this board, I realized that it would be ideal for me to be taking Vitamin B supplements. I've been diagnosed with PCOS for a few years, but never really took any supplements even though I've been on BCP.

This may be a weird question, but I started taking GNC 125 Complex Vitamin B with C yesterday and my urine has been a very neon yellow since. I read online that this may be because I am taking too much and my body doesn't need it and is flushing out the excess.

Is this trure? Does this happen to anyone? I'm just wondering if 125mg is too much? The only reason I bought 125 mg because it had Vitamin C included. For those taking a complex Vitamin B, how much is the recommended dose for PCOS?

My urine always, always, always looks like Mountain Dew when I take vitamins! I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about.

I agree w/ the pp. Just be sure to drink plenty of water so you can flush out what you don't need.

I take a 50mg B complex and have the same happen. No worries.

Since I can be a bit forgetful, the neon color is what always reminds me that I DID remember to take the vitamins that am.

My naturopath actually warned me that I would have highlighter yellow pee and sure enough she was right! I think it's perfectly normal.
