ok so I am starting Vitex 1200mg a day. I also picked up some NPC. What do you ladies recommend? Should I just do a month or two of only Vitex? Should I stop the Vitex after O and use the NPC or continue Vitex and just add the cream?

I know there are a lot of combinations and I wanted to findout if anyone has had some that worked for them.
